Our Classes
Dancers are taught the internationally recognised technique of the Royal Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing.
Highland Dancing classes are offered for dancers three years and older. Classes are offered in small groups with private one-on-one classes available also. No previous dance experience is required, we cater for all abilities.
Dancers will learn confidence, perseverance, commitment, discipline, and a variety of other values. Dancing is often seen as an individual sport however, we pride ourselves on our sense of team and encourage our dancers to become the best that they can be.
We offer classes in Marton, Palmerston North and Whanganui
Dance Opportunities
Dancers have the ability to gain international qualifications by completing highland dance examinations.
Dancers have the opportunity to compete regionally, nationally and internationally.
Performance based dancing is also offered. Our Performance Team prides itself on its choreography which combines traditional highland dancing with a modern twist.
