Personal Training

Each client is prescribed a personalised programme that is tailored to them. Sessions are 30 minutes in duration and are taken in a private one-on-one training facility with an Exercise and Sports Scientist (REPS accredited).

Athletic Exercise Prescription

Exercise Prescription which is designed for athletes and sports people. These programmes are prepared by an Exercise and Sports Scientist who works closely alongside the client to ensure the programme given is optimally designed.

Six weeks to Twelve months in duration, periodised to consider pre-season, competitive events and off-season recovery.

Rehabilitation

These programmes are designed for people who have recently recovered from an injury. The programme aims to improve overall function and strength after injury.
